Refund policy
Even though we try our best, nobody is perfect. But if we do happen to make a mistake, we want to make sure you have nothing to worry about. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.
DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS
If you receive a customized jerseys that is defective, kindly reach out to us by completing our contact form and including your order number, along with a picture of the item explaining the issue. Our customer support team will be available to assist you promptly.
Please keep in mind: It is important to initiate the return or exchange process within thirty days from the date you received your order. Please note that the size, name, and number you provide during the upload will be printed on your item. If you happen to select an incorrect size, name, or number and it is sent to you accordingly, Park Friends cannot be held responsible for replacing these items.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
You have a one-week window from the date of purchase to cancel your order and get a complete refund. However, once the week has passed, orders cannot be canceled since production will have already begun.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Exchange & Return
Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
- Products are damaged by misuse or mishandling.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, etc.
- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
